Warranties
All warranties

equipment
manufacturers
(OEM). Defective
products beyond
30 days must be
replaced or
repaired under
the terms and
conditions of
the
manufacturers
warranty. No
refund or
replacement will
be issued beyond
30 days from
Biolock UK for
these products.
Customers must
communicate
directly with
the OEM to have
their unit
repaired or
replaced.
Return Policy
RMA (Return
Merchandise
Authorization)
Non-defective
products
sold by Biolock UK
are sold on
a no-return
basis
once installed.
Defective
product must
be returned
to Biolock UK
for replacement
or refund
within 10 days
of RMA authorization.
Non-defective
may be
returned within
15 days of
purchase -
Non Defective
products
with an RMA
authorization
are subject
to a
15% restocking
fee. To request
an RMA, please
email
SUPPORT@BIOLOCK-UK.COM
within 10 days
of making your
purchase.
